The Scheme is aimed at unemployed people wanting to start their own business.

Incentives include:

• NEIS allowance of up to 12 months
• 6 weeks accredited training-Certificate IV in Small Business  Management(all course materials provided free of charge)
• Mentor support
• Computer Facilities

This scheme is funded by the Department of Education Employment and Workplace Relations.

Training is provided by the Australian Government under the

Productivity Places Programme.
